At Firozi Sutti, we take pride in the quality of our products and customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We offer refunds only in cases where the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect. To be eligible for a refund:
You must report the issue within 2 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect must be provided.
To request a refund, please email us at hello@firozisutti.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment.
